At Hillcrest Hospital, our holistic team approach to outpatient rehabilitation therapy is based on the unique relationship between the patient, his/her primary care physician and our interdisciplinary staff. An individualized treatment plan is designed to meet the rehabilitation needs of each patient. Our center offers an expert staff of rehabilitation professionals ready to treat patients using the latest in rehabilitative equipment and modalities. Our goal is to return patients to the greatest degree of independence possible.

Programs Offered:
Occupational Therapy
A wide variety of specialized services are available through occupational therapy including rehabilitation of the hand and upper extremity impairment. Other conditions include traumatic injuries, orthopedic injuries, industrial accidents, arthritis, neurologic disorders, and instruction in activities of daily living.
Physical Therapy At Hillcrest Hospital, we offer state-of-the-art equipment in a conveniently located offsite facility with plenty of parking. Our staff is dedicated to providing quality treatment for a wide variety of diagnosis including post-surgical, orthopedic, neurologic and sport related injuries.
Other specialized services include working in conjunction with pain management to provide symptom relief to people experiencing chronic pain. Ample staff allows ease of scheduling early/late hours.
Speech/Language Therapy
Dedicated outpatient speech pathologists are readily available to provide a variety of evaluations including speech/language evaluations, clinical and modified barium swallow evaluations, augmentative communication evaluations, and voice evaluations.
